1. What Manifest is

Manifest is a guided visualization audio service. From the answers you give in the questionnaire, an artificial intelligence system writes short first-person stories about the life you want to live, and a synthetic voice narrates them. Both text and voice are generated by AI: no person writes or records the stories.

The service is operated by Manifest (legal entity to be defined), referred to in this text as "we". By using Manifest you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the service.

2. Minimum age

Manifest is only for people 18 and older. By continuing, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we identify an account belonging to a minor, we end the access and delete the data.

3. Your access

Access is tied to your email and to the device where you signed up; there is no password. Keep the email you used: it is how we find your stories and how you reach support. To get back to your stories on another device, write to support from that same email.

You are responsible for what you write in your answers. Do not include other people's data that you have no right to share, or content that is illegal, offensive or violates someone's rights. The service refuses requests involving minors, violence or harm to anyone, and we may stop generating stories in those cases.

4. Free preview

Before paying, you hear a preview of about 20 seconds of your first story. The preview is limited per email and per device and is not a trial period: to hear the rest, you need to subscribe.

5. Subscription, billing and renewal

The subscription is recurring and comes in 2 plans: a 3 days paid trial for $1.00, which becomes $6.99 every week once it ends and Monthly ($19.99 every 4 weeks). The first charge happens today, when you subscribe: no plan has a free trial, and the paid trial charges its fee today. Prices are in US dollars; your bank or card may convert them to your currency with exchange fees and taxes, where applicable.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same amount and length, until you cancel. The price shown at checkout when you subscribe is the one that applies. If we ever change the price of your plan, we will email you before the next renewal, and you can cancel before it.

To cancel, open Account inside Manifest, tap Cancel subscription and confirm: future charges stop and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also ask support to cancel.

The plan unlocks the titles created for you at signup: each story is written and narrated the moment you tap its title, up to 3 new stories every 24 hours; listening again to a story that already exists does not count. We may adjust this limit to keep the service running, always with notice on screen.

6. One-time purchases

Some extras are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: today, narration of your stories in your own voice ($14.99). They are charged once, at purchase, and do not renew.

7. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first charge by writing to [support email to be defined] from the email you used to subscribe. A full refund ends your access right away. Details are in the Refund Policy.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card number.

9. AI-generated content and ownership

Your answers are yours. You allow us to use them only to generate and narrate your stories, bill the subscription and provide support, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The generated stories and audio are for your personal use: you can listen, download and share them with anyone, for non-commercial purposes. The brand, the app, the design, the models and the code belong to us or to our licensors.

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, repetitions or lines that do not fit you. If something came out wrong, write to support: we fix it when we can, and the Refund Policy still applies.

10. No promise of results

Manifest is a wellbeing and imagination tool. Listening to the stories may help you relax, get clear about what you want and feel better, but results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any financial, relationship, health or other outcome.

The service is not therapy and not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it does not replace professionals in those fields. If you are going through a hard time, please reach out for help. If you are thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, 24/7) or go to the nearest emergency room.

11. Limitation of liability

We provide the service as it is, with care, but without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability for damages related to your use of Manifest is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that the law of your country grants and does not allow to be waived.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top; relevant changes are announced by email or on screen before they take effect.

We may end your access in case of misuse, fraud or breach of these Terms. If we shut down the service on our own initiative, through no fault of yours, we refund the paid period you did not use.

13. Governing law and contact

Governing law and venue: to be defined.

Questions about these Terms: [support email to be defined].
